Since 1909 the Seattle Section of NCJW has awarded scholarships to financially needy Jewish students for undergraduate academic study and technical training. These scholarships are to assist students at any accredited college, university, technical or vocational school or job retraining program in Washington state.

Applicant Qualifications:
- high financial need
- Jewish women or men
- Undergraduate Study, Technical/Vocational or Job Retraining
- Current Washington state resident
- Attending (or will attend) college, university, technical, vocational or job training school in Washington State
Application Requirements:
- NCJW Scholarship Application Form
- Most recent OFFICIAL transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation, one from teacher or professor
- Latest tax return for self or the person(s) who support(s) you (Form 1040)
- Essay
- Recent photo
